First Holding is searching for a Property Accountant. This position requires meticulous accuracy and efficiency due to the volume of data being transferred from one location to the next. Rent collection and application, check registers, cash balance reports, preparing and maintaining spreadsheets and bank reconciliations are among some of the tasks that would fill your day. The position requires strong numerical proficiency, organization, problem-solving skills, logic and an aptitude for excel. Previous engagement with tax professionals, tax planning/compliance or MRI software is a plus!

Details like General Ledger codes, entity i.d. and the innerworkings of our specific company can be taught and we look forward to teaching you!
