We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team in a temporary Data Entry Intern focused on our Agency Management System clean-up. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy, ensuring that all data is entered and managed within our Applied Epic system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment, supporting our team in maintaining and enhancing our data integrity and operational efficiency.
What's the work like?
You will...

• Learn the basic functions of Applied Epic (agency management system) to assist in conversion clean-up data entry.
• Review legacy source system for information to be transferred into Applied Epic.
• Assist in export/import of certificate holders into CSR24
• Various projects to update data as needed across organization
• Other projects as assigned

Requirements
What do I need to know?
You have to have...

• Ability to work through the end of the project completion (estimating end of August 2024)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong respect for confidentiality
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Prior experience with Applied Epic systems, preferred, not required

Salary Description

$16/hr - $18/hr
