Job Id : 3685 # of Openings : 1 The Building Maintenance Technician III is responsible for regional maintenance of the buildings, grounds and equipment of First Mid Bank & Trust.
Primary accountabilities include assuring that all facilities in the region are operationally safe, sound and free from health hazards, operating at peak efficiency by managing maintenance contracts, troubleshooting maintenance issues, procuring materials / equipment necessary for maintenance, and by providing overall support to the Facilities team.
