Description:Provide executive support to the President & CEO and Executive Management, as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the President. Execute administrative duties for Marketing to include sponsorships, donations, website, graphic design, digital signage, and social media. Serve to organize and coordinate community relations outreach and external relations efforts.
Essential Duties:
  • Provide a wide variety of administrative support to the President and on occasion to the departments under his supervision.
  • Conserve executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information.
  • Make appointments, maintain calendars, and act as a liaison for Executive Staff.
  • Manage calendar for President to prioritize and resolve conflicts and to ensure all commitments and deadlines are met. May include meetings, conferences, travel, professional commitments, and related preparation.
  • Execute administrative duties for Marketing to include sponsorships, donations, website, graphic design, digital signage, and social media.
  • Serve to organize and coordinate community relations outreach and external relationships efforts.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the President.
  • May include creative problem solving, progress oversight, working with multiple departments and extensive company research.
  • Plan and manage events and meetings, including Board Meetings and annual Shareholder Meetings.
  • Organize, assemble, and distribute correspondence for management and the Board, including the monthly Board Package.
  • Maintain corporate files and proper filing of all correspondence.
  • Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including ut not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
  • May include other duties not assigned.
Bank Secrecy Act Duties:
  • In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the Customer Service Representative II will maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and all other regulatory, security, and Bank policies and procedures.

  • In compliance with all applicable regulations and Bank policies, the employee is expected to successfully produce quality work within deadlines, with or without supervision; interact professionally with other employees, customers, and vendors, while always respecting the need for confidentiality of customer information.
  • The employee will work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments; and work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
  • Furthermore, the employee is encouraged to actively represent the Bank to customers and the general public, promoting the integrity, validity, and mission of the Bank, and developing favorable relationships and lending opportunities; participate in community organizations, events, and activities.
  • The employee is also expected to maintain a commitment to continuing education in the banking field through self-study and both in-house and outside training opportunities in all applicable banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is expected and appropriate attire is required at all times, while either performing job functions or representing the Bank at outside events and activities.
Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of directly related experience.
  • Experience in Marketing or Community Relations role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent in experience.
  • Related experience in a financial institution.
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English.
Must also have the following demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent telephone skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask.
  • Strong record keeping skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work under pressure and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other standard office machinery.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
