We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position will cover the Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in real estate transactions, including residential and commercial properties.
• Review and draft real estate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct title examinations and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Oversee and facilitate real estate closings, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
• Stay current with real estate laws and regulations in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
• Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate law, with a focus on title insurance and real estate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in legal research and use of relevant technology.
• Book of Business is a plus.
• Licensed in CT is a plus.
• Zoning and Eviction experience is a plus.
