As a Project Manager, you're the champion of emergency mitigation projects. Your day-to-day involves understanding, evaluating, and executing scopes of work, ensuring each project runs smoothly and efficiently. From subcontractor proposals to creating project schedules, your attention to detail keeps everything on track. You're the problem-solver extraordinaire, jumping in to support crews whenever needed. As the paperwork guru, you maintain spotless records and reports. With safety and quality as your top priorities, you ensure every project meets industry and First Onsite standards, making every day a new adventure in excellence and efficiency! And most importantly - FUN!
Your proactive approach is crucial as you monitor project budgets, profit margins, and schedules, taking immediate action when necessary. Acting as a liaison between leadership, clients, subcontractors, and in-house personnel, you foster effective communication and collaboration. With a keen eye for detail, you manage defined scopes of work, review change orders, and ensure accurate billing. QUALIFICATIONS
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The salary for this role is between $85,000 and $100,000. Specific compensation will be based on the skills, experience, seniority, merit, location, education, training, and need for travel of the selected candidate.
