Maintenance Technician must haves:

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
• Experience with maintenance, make readies, and grounds preferred but will train motivated individuals!
• Displays a friendly and positive team first attitude
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• HVAC and welding experience are a plus!
• Live within 20 miles of the property for on-call rotation requirements.
• EPA Type II Certification Preferred but not required
