FPCC is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative who is energetic, patient, and a natural problem solver.

Qualifications

 DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Greeting and assisting all visitors, clients of the clinic
• Providing friendly, thorough customer service.
• Intake of patient documents and entering into the Electronic Health Record.
• Answering, logging, and transferring calls.
• Taking detailed messages and notes and providing them to the appropriate parties
• Triaging in busy clinic times.
• Communication follow up with all departments.
• Scheduling appointments
• Confirming appointments
• Verifying health insurance
• Practicing privacy with patient health information in accordance with HIPAA law regulations.
• Processing patient requests
• Cash handling and balancing at end of day.
• Daily cleaning duties
• Organize the front office.
• Computer operations including electronic medical record system, Microsoft office programs and online resources.

Our ideal candidate would have experience working in a clinical or community health setting, but it is not required. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. A strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work within a team is a must. Bilingual in Spanish or other language preferred.
