Our company is seeking Sales Representatives who have a background in door to door sales and can interact with a wide range of clients. You will have the benefit of setting your own schedule without someone micromanaging you every step of the way while making a lot of money while doing it.

The ideal candidate will have door to door experience or a willingness to learn on the job. Must have excellent communication and people skills. The applicant will go door to door speaking with customers about damages to their home or business then ensuring them that we are their First Point of contact in getting their home repaired and restored. You will offer FREE Inspections on their roof, siding or gutters. You will let the homeowner or business know that we are here to assist them and get them the help they need. First Point Construction will get you trained, up to speed and ready to confidently start selling right away. We have a dedicated and proven training program to help you learn on-site with someone showing you firsthand how to achieve your goal.

Qualifications:

· Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

· Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise

· Strong sense of integrity and self-motivation

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

· Previous sales experience preferred but not required

· High School or Equivalent (Required)

· Valid Drivers License (Required)

· Frequent Travel/ Multiple Locations requiring overnight stay occasionally
