**About the Role:**
Customer service is the heartbeat of PREMIER Bankcard. We depend on our Customer Service Professionals to represent our brand & services while helping our customers reach their goals.

You will be an advocate to customers reaching out for support, fielding inbound calls, troubleshooting inquiries, and solving customer needs & concerns.

**Shift Hours**
Full-Time: Monday - Thursday 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Part-time: Monday - Thursday 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
