Essential Job FunctionsSoftware and System Knowledge:
- Proficient in Windows based applications.
- Excel (must be proficient in).
- Helpful if working knowledge with D365, SharePoint, Teams, Word.
- Knowledge and experience with carrier freight and incoterms for Distribution or Manufacturing is key, including but not limited to RFQ’s, quotes, freight pricing and communications with freight carriers
- Any experience with packaging and labeling would be helpful but can be learned.
- Inventory management experience helpful, may be asked to help coordinate OES packaging inventory and scheduling.
- Should have working knowledge with SharePoint; upload, download, share team and company files and databases within SPM SharePoint.
- Able to create and maintain excel based databases for cost tracking of freight and packaging
- Must be able to comfortably communicate and coordinate assigned tasks with SPM team members both in person and online and have a willingness to learn additional freight and packaging tasks to assist the SPM team
- Any knowledge of APQP is a plus.
