Accounts Payable/Billing Specialist - Monday through Friday work week.

We are looking for a long-term employee that wants to grow with a great company. We just opened our new corporate headquarters in Blue Ash and are looking to expand our Billing Team(s).

Requirements:

· Excellent typing, data entry, and communication skills

*Ability to multi-task

· Efficiency

· Attention to Detail A Must

· Excellent follow-up skills

· Quick learner of computer software and ability to multi-task

*Microsoft Office Experience

· Motivated

· Enjoy working in a team environment

· Self-starter/Independent

· Transportation and intermodal knowledge beneficial, but not required

· Billing experience

· Experience in a high volume, repetitive processing environment is a plus and strongly preferred, but not required

*Analytical skills

Responsibilities:

· Monitor and respond, in a timely manner, to multiple email accounts

· Timely processing of documents as required; filing, scanning, uploading and processing

· Detail review of documents for completeness and accuracy

· Handle occasional incoming calls professionally from agents, vendors, and others

· Follow-up with agents, vendors and others as needed

*Meet deadlines weekly to ensure all accounts are accurate

· Other duties as assigned
