First Task Recruitment is Hiring a Site Manager Near Edinburgh, IN
The project is valued <£3m and will involve the refurbishment of the existing building as well as the extension of the building and installation of a new lift shaft.
Commencing on 10th of June and running for 8 months.
Working hours are expected to be 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
The desired candidate will hold SMSTS & 3 Day First Aid at Work certifications and have previous demonstrable experience working on refurbishment projects ideally with structural alternation elements. Must be comfortable working on a logistically challenging site and any experience working on listed properties would be highly beneficial.
Can be worked Ltd Co, CIS or PAYE
