has immediate opening for an experienced PARTS COUNTER REPRESENTATIVE!!

First Team Automotive Group is family-owned and operated group of dealerships in the Hampton Roads area! With multiple dealership locations, we are growing and intend to dominate our market!! We are looking for an experienced Parts Counter Representative to join our Toyota location!

Responsibilities:

Assist all Customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
    Inform Customers of part requirements and specials.
    Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
    Provide high level of Customer Service to both Internal and External Customers.
    Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary.
    Follow up on back-ordered parts.
    Ensure that all Customers receive their copy of the Invoice.
    Keep orderly records of all Repair Orders, Invoices, Insurance Estimates, and Special Order Parts.
    Keep front counter area clean and uncluttered.
  • Maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Duties include, but not limited to daily stocking, processing returns, cleaning, assist Customers and Technicians, assist local Vendors, and more.
Experience and Skills:

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented and able to ensure accuracy in all work assignments.
  • Organized and able to perform under pressure in order to meet stated deadlines.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
  • Communicate effectively with Co-Workers and be a Team player.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including Saturdays.
  • Exceptional Customer Service.

Additional Requirements:

  • Automotive Parts Sales experience preferred.
  • CDK System experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
  • High school diploma or GED
