DescriptionFirst Tech is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Digital Product Management to lead the Credit Union’s online and mobile banking digital product strategy and execution. As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for driving innovation, enhancing user experience, and delivering key business and member outcomes across our digital banking channels while closely collaborating with key internal partners, business stakeholders, and external providers. This high-impact role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of online and mobile banking trends to meet our members’ needs.

Target Compensation inRocklin, CA 95765:$190k - $220k annually annual bonus

Job Duties
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for our online and mobile banking products, aligned with the organization’s overall strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize product initiatives and allocate resources effectively to achieve business goals
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge
- Establish and manage relationships with 3rd party strategic partners
- Product Strategy and Planning:
- Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
- Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases, product requirements, and go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates
- Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards
- User Experience Optimization:
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the user experience and drive engagement
- Conduct usability studies, A/B testing, and other research methodologies to gather insights and validate product decisions
- Collaborate with design and UX teams to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that delight our customers
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product initiatives
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the product management team and across the organization
- Communicate regularly with executive leadership, providing updates on product performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our online and mobile banking products
- Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement in product performance and member satisfaction
- Make data-driven recommendations for resource allocation, feature prioritization, and investment decisions
- 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role focused on online and mobile products
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, preferably in the financial services industry
- Deep understanding of online and mobile banking technologies, UX/UI principles, and industry best practices
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
