Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Lead to oversee and manage the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer communication and problem solving issues when it comes to package delivery.

Duties

The Operations Lead will be responsible for managing the overall back office operations of our delivery program, including calling customers, correcting addresses and managing data.

The successful candidate will great at self managing and trouble shooting.

Skills

- Strong background in problem solving
- Proven leadership and supervising experience
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Experience with inventory control and management systems
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of attention to detail
- Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
