Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe, nurturing environment for their development. Responsibilities: - Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities - Provide care and supervision for children ranging from toddlers to preschool age - Maintain a safe and clean childcare environment - Implement daily routines and schedules - Foster positive relationships with children and parents - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Monitor and document children's progress and behavior Qualifications: - Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or related field - Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities - Ability to manage a classroom setting effectively - Experience working with students or in special education is a plus - Strong caregiving skills and patience when working with children Nice-to-Have Skills: - Educational background in early childhood education or related field - Experience with preschool-aged children - Familiarity with toddler care practices - Understanding of classroom management techniques This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives while gaining valuable experience in childcare.
