Currently seeking a Daily Deposit Processing Specialist in Northwest Arkansas for our Bank Operations team. Individuals in this position are responsible for managing the overdraft protection program; including Chex Systems reports, charged off accounts and collection items. Other responsibilities include verifying outgoing wires and ACH transactions, reconciling internal accounts and reviewing stop payments. This position also sets up Apple Pay users and acts as a backup for Deposit Maintenance duties. Individuals work directly as internal contact for front line team member support, as well as, direct customer interaction via phone.

Cross-training on other areas of the bank operations department will be necessary in order to provide backup for other team members. Two years banking experience required. Candidates need to have familiarity with banking regulations and strong customer service skills. Bank Operations department experience a plus.
