Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the software implementation for all acquired branches
- Help provide project management support to ensure branch expectations are met
- Help the team innovate solutions to branch problems that can increase efficiency and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Work with branches to identify requirements and manage expectations
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assist with status meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Work with the team to train end-users and provide support within the system post-implementation
- Ensure branch satisfaction through timely and effective communication
- Continual learning and development in the body of knowledge through FirstCall Academy, to ensure we set the bar for skill level in the industry
- Elite level of customer service, to ensure we continue to be the FirstCall our customers make for their HVAC & Refrigeration needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or implementation management
- Manage sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality
- Strong aptitude to work within deadlines
- Integrity, honesty, and responsibility with a desire to contribute to a team
- Highly organized with attention to details
- Experience of Microsoft Office software
- Able to travel at least 50%
