Position OverviewWe are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Implementations Support Specialist that will provide support to the Systems Implementation Manager by coordinating activities related to all projects, ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once in the absence of day-to-day guidance. Job Responsibilities
Assist with the software implementation for all acquired branches
Help provide project management support to ensure branch expectations are met
Help the team innovate solutions to branch problems that can increase efficiency and satisfaction
Collaborate with the team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Work with branches to identify requirements and manage expectations
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Assist with status meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Work with the team to train end-users and provide support within the system post-implementation
Ensure branch satisfaction through timely and effective communication
Accountabilities
Continual learning and development in the body of knowledge through FirstCall Academy, to ensure we set the bar for skill level in the industry
Elite level of customer service, to ensure we continue to be the FirstCall our customers make for their HVAC & Refrigeration needs
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENTThe Assistant Project Manager will oversee jobs from beginning to completion, planning and execution of the jobs, and support the implementation team. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
1-2 years of experience in project management or implementation management
Manage sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality
Strong aptitude to work within deadlines
Integrity, honesty, and responsibility with a desire to contribute to a team
Highly organized with attention to details
Experience of Microsoft Office software
Able to travel at least 50%
