This is an open position with Ohio Edison Service CO., a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. OE PP
Location : Elyria, Ohio
A. Duties
Under general directive supervision, this position performs a variety of credit related duties to minimize account arrears and write-offs primarily through field collection activities of collecting past due balances, completing disconnections and reconnections of accounts, which may be energized up to volts;
provides receipts for monies collected; complete orders, travels by foot, by vehicle, or by public conveyance, to perform duties including but not limited to :
making required meter and other service reports; performing associated clerical work and record keeping.
B. Qualifications
