FirstFleet Inc is a national trucking company looking for a Full Time Administrative Assistant in our Savannah, GA location.

The Administrative Assistant must have excellent communication and organization skills. The individual must be able to listen and complete daily duties listed below. This person will be heavily relied upon to make quick, accurate, and precise decisions.

Professionalism is expected at all times.

Hours: 7:00 am - 4 pm - Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Data Entry
• Strong Computer Skills
• File paperwork effectively
• Answer Phones
• Dispatch Support
• Must be a team player
• Ability to communicate with the customer and drivers efficiently.
• Positive attitude and safety minded

A pre-employment drug screen is required

Salary based on experience
