FirstFour Staffing is partnered with a reputable organization that is seeking to add a Construction Project Administrator to their team in Mobile, AL.

***This is an onsite position that cannot be performed remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Update, schedule, and track projects, including- materials, deadlines, budgets, permits, vendors and more.
  • Manage permitting process.
  • Expert on all project information, continually updates company on project status
  • Facilitate project meetings, document details notes, and collect necessary documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience providing administrative support for engineering or construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
