FirstHealth of the Carolinas is Hiring a Benefits Specialist Near Pinehurst, NC

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for assisting with the administration of all leave -of-absence requests. This position provides employee orientation and assists employees with benefit enrollments into the HRIS system. Benefit plans include, but are not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability and company provided retirement plans.
Associates degree in Human Resources or related field. Three years' experience in FMLA and benefits administration required.
Extensive knowledge of FMLA processes and ADA implications required. Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws including ADA required.
