Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of home care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide direct support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing client's living space
- Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
- Adhere to resident rights and maintain confidentiality of client information
- Provide senior care, including assistance with mobility and medication reminders
- Offer specialized care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
- Support clients receiving hospice care

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Knowledge of nursing home regulations and best practices is a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
