Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and transfer techniques
- Medication reminder as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Provide specialized care for individuals with specific needs such as dementia, hospice care, or developmental disabilities
- Assist with catheter care and other medical procedures as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Skills:
- Experience in senior care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using proper techniques
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of clients and handle challenging situations with professionalism

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
