Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Follow care plans and maintain documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

- Experience or certification in caregiving, nursing, or related field
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Familiarity with hospice care, dementia care, and behavior management
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Understanding of senior care needs and support systems
