Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Help with mobility assistance and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Experience:

- Experience in dementia care and behavior management preferred
- Knowledge of home care practices and resident rights
- Ability to perform lifting when necessary
- Familiarity with meal preparation and dietary restrictions
- Background in nursing or direct support is a plus
