Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including PICU, medical-surgical, geriatrics, hospital medicine, and general care.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminder under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in health status to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant or Caregiver
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
