Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with various needs, including those with developmental disabilities, dementia, and individuals requiring assisted living.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide direct support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Perform lifting tasks when necessary
- Offer caregiving services tailored to the unique needs of each individual
- Deliver dementia care and support to clients
- Conduct home care services in a compassionate and respectful manner

Qualifications:
- Experience in assisted living or related field is preferred
- Ability to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficient in providing direct support and caregiving services
- Capable of lifting as required for client assistance
- Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and dementia care practices

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
