Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need within the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients

Experience:

- Experience in healthcare settings such as PICU, Emergency Medicine, Level II Trauma Center, Medical-Surgical, Inpatient, OR, Geriatrics, Outpatient, Hospital Medicine is preferred
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
