FIRSTMILE - A Meraqui Company is Hiring a Project Co-Ordinator (Supply Quality) Near Santa Rosa, CA

Role and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality and performance metrics for suppliers.

Establish regular connects with supplier to evaluate Material changes to Parts/Components and decide the implementation actions.

Monitor and track supplier performance and provide regular reports to management.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective communication and alignment on quality expectations.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and company quality standards.

Represent the company in supplier quality-related meetings and discussions.

Proactively identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Support supplier quality teams, to establish the processes for: Delivering quality parts, materials, and services, preventing defects.

Develop and maintain quality standards for suppliers in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.

Excellent organization, Planning, Computer skills, technical writing, Communication skills. MS Office Suite and Outlook.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion, adhere to timeline and scope requirements, and successfully execute programs while communicating regularly to internal and external stakeholders.

Develops timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracks and communicates critical project achievements and/or risks.

Acts as a primary point of contact for designated projects facilitating project update meetings, and written communication and reports to inform stakeholders of progress.

Uses designate process mapping, tracking and assigned tools for project life cycle management to meet business needs.

Ensures time and resources align with business prioritizes and objectives and escalates project risks to manager as appropriate.

Must Have:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Engineering and/or Quality or advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or technical field along with Project co-ordination skills
