HR Director- SW Atlanta

Overview

The HR Director is responsible for developing and executing the overall HR strategy for the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The HR Director will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and legal compliance.

Report to CFO

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage the HR budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field but wide open to degree type of experience
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including leadership roles.
• HR experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
