Accounting Manager to $92K – S. Philadelphia / HYBRID 2 days WFH (19147)
Property Accountants looking to work autonomously within a small, growing organization, this opportunity will offer the freedom to manage full cycle monthly close process for 10 luxury, multi-family apartment complexes throughout Philadelphia.
Responsibilities – Property Accounting Manager
- Prepare financial statements for each property (balance sheet, income statements and cash flow)
- Create annual property budgets and monthly forecasts
- Manage lease administration and rent collections
- Reconcile CAM charges
- Manage vendor relationships
- Manage AP process
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years property accounting experience
- QuickBooks or Yardi experience preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
