Primary Responsibilities:

As an AI team member you are expected to fulfill the following range of responsibilities, depending on the project:

• Develop, debug and maintain AI software applications written in Python and Java on top of AWS but can expand to other platforms.

• Design Deep AI Models for different types of data (time-series, business data, images, etc.) and different output types (Classification, Regression, Clustering).

• Investigate the behavior of input and output data numerically.

• Investigate and optimize models performance.

• Solving complex problems with multi-layered data sets, as well as optimizing existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.

• Develop and enhance large language models on proprietary research data

Experience:

Required:

High fluency in English is a must since you will communicate and work with team members and clients.

Strong coding skills in Python, Java and software fundamentals like Algorithms and Data-structures

Deep understanding of ML algorithms like regression, classification and clustering.

Fundamental understanding on NeuralNets and its internals

Deep understanding of model determination and evaluation.

GenAI tool like LLM, Langchain etc

Knowledge on deep learning libraries like Pytorch, Tensorboard

Professional enterprise knowledge on AWS-AI platforms like Sagemaker, Bedrock and other clustering applications like ECS or Kubernetes.

AI - Software Life cycle from requirements to model, deploy, and inference

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to develop creative solutions for difficult problems often requiring detailed investigation of the code and data.

Interest in learning and coding within an advanced distributed micro-system architecture.

Solid knowledge in full stack application development using Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS.

Strong foundation of Computer Science

Experience in supporting and managing applications in AWS. Experience in supporting and setting up VPN, OpenVPN. Experience with general system administration in cloud environment.

Professional experience in developing application using multi-threading libraries and non-blocking async modules.

Strong knowledge of database SQL and relationship designing concepts

Knowledge of scripting language like Python and Bash Scripts.

Advanced Algorithm development, should be able to think of designing applications at scale

Knowledge of developing systems in the field of Information Retrieval such as Solr, Redis and other in-memory design paradigms

Ability to project manage, test and understand business requirements.

Able to work in a fast-paced agile environment.

Knowledge of Continuous Integration systems such as Jenkins and other deployment systems.

Education:

BS / MS in CS or other closely related fields with 3-6 years of experience of software development and 1-3 years of LLM, AI, and or ML work.
