Assistant Controller opportunity will mange a diverse real estate portfolio handling financial reporting and treasury functions, partnering with lenders and auditors to backup fund performance.
Assistant Controller – Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Assist preparing valuations and annual budgeting
- Oversee capital with funds and investments
- Analyze financial statements for existing portfolio investments
- Manage internal fund performance reporting
- Cash management and treasury related functions
Assistant Controller – Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 5 years accounting, finance, real estate, asset / investment management
- CPA /Master’s Degree preferred
