The Call Center Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the clinical and administrative aspects for the Mobile Crisis Intervention Call Center.

What you'll do:

• Hire, direct, schedule, train, discipline and discharge employees.
• Adjust employee grievances and evaluate/appraise employee performance.
• Make recommendation on the retention of employees.
• Provide team leadership while supervising clinical and administrative call center staff.
• Provide input in development and allocation of program resources as well as in the planning, redesign and development of a program in collaboration with appropriate clinical and administrative personnel.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed (Admin on Call).
• Assist in monitoring productivity, caseloads and billable hour level of clinicians and other staff.
• Aid in creating and implementing workflows, policies, and procedures for the call center.
• Participate in internal and external meetings as needed.

What you’ll need:

• Education/Skills:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or Nursing.
• LICSW/LMHC required.
• Experience:
• Supervisory/Administrative experience preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in Emergency services required.
• Must have access to a car and possess a valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
