FirstPro is now accepting resumes for a Jr SAP Business Analyst position based in Waltham, MA. This role will focus on working with the company's Finance team and ensuring their SAP FICO functions are configured and aligned as they should. You'll also work on the rollout of the company's SAP global template to their subsidiaries. This is a permanent, direct-hire role that can offer benefits.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Finance and Controlling modules including GL, AP, AR, Taxes, Bank accounting, Asset accounting, Cost Object Controlling, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements related to financial processes.
• Work closely with the business to understand the business problems and help find appropriate solutions.
• Support the configuration and customization of SAP FICO modules to meet client needs.
• Assist in conducting user training and providing ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to project documentation, including functional specifications and test plans.
• Ability and desire to continuously strengthen skills.

Requirements

1-2 years of prior SAP experience

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service skills, and strong
• SAP functional skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as being a collaborative team member.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO module with support experience.
• SAP project lifecycle implementation experience is a plus.
• Certification in SAP FI and CO modules is a plus.
