Plant Controller
Available: June 2024
The Plant Controller will join a $100M subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar manufacturing company with a global presence. This role will oversee AP/AR, month-end close, cost accounting, inventory management, product and profitability analysis, budgeting & forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting. Candidates should have 6 years of accounting and finance experience in the manufacturing industry.
**This role will primarily work on-site with some hybrid flexibility**
Plant Controller - Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations for subsidiary, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Manage general ledger accounting and month-end close process
- Perform cost accounting and manage COGS data
- Perform analysis for products and profitability
- Support senior finance leadership and manufacturing management with reporting and analysis
- Manage inventory and lead inventory cycle counts
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Monitor CapEx activity and review OpEx data
- Assist with coordination of annual audits
Plant Controller - Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6 years of accounting and financial analysis experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- SAP experience preferred
Compensation will range to $140,000 annual bonus
