Manufacturing Company - Plant Controller Opportunity – Scranton, PA (onsite)
Middle market, stable and growing essential manufacturing company hiring a Plant Controller to manage all accounting and finance activities for the Plant ($100M/annual revenue) and oversee 4 person accounting team.
- Prepare monthly financial statements with support of 4 person staff
- Analyze financial and operating metrics for the plants
- Prepare monthly budgets and forecasting of the plant
- Manage inventory counts, track and analyze WIP
- Assist with journal entries and reconciliation
- Manage operating costs
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with 8 years of hands on accounting experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
