Senior Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager holds a critical role within the organization, providing strategic leadership to the Client Finance function. This position collaborates closely with Managing Directors and leaders to foster business growth and success.

Leading a team of over 20 finance professionals, the Senior Finance Manager oversees client invoicing procedures amidst navigating intricate business relationships and operational platforms.

Additionally, the role focuses on strategic problem-solving, facilitating projects, implementing scalable procedures, and cultivating business partnerships to drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop the Billing team, ensuring efficiency, standardization, and risk mitigation.

- Provide strategic support to key stakeholders, addressing billing issues promptly with skilled customer service.

- Deliver high-quality customer service, resolving issues beyond direct responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Independently handle requests for time or billing analysis and implement operational metrics.

- Lead strategic projects assigned by leadership, ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred. MBA or advanced certification a plus.

- 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

- Experience in a professional services company environment preferred.

- Strong business acumen and technical proficiency (Microsoft Office, General Accounting software). Automation technologies knowledge desirable.

- Familiarity with Elite Enterprise (3E) preferred.

- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
