Senior Manager of Financial Reporting - Up to $180k bonus & profit sharing

Global organization is looking to bring on a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting. They have a terrific business model and continued growth plan, via acquisition PE transactions or potential IPO. They have committed to a full finance transformation so great time to join. ***4 days on site, 1 day in office

Description:

• Lead the Financial Reporting team within the accounting department, overseeing the month-end financial reporting process, including financial consolidation and intercompany elimination (FCCS).
• Prepare and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual external financial reports, including financial statements and related footnotes, for ATE LLC, ATE Holding Company, and subsidiary entities (standalone financial reports).
• Provide financial reports and schedules for FP&A’s Board/Partner reporting packages as needed.
• Support the financial reporting requirements of the field, such as providing financial data for contract bids and pre-qualification applications.
• Respond to ad hoc financial reporting requests from sponsors, partners, FP&A, and other key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary owner of FCCS master data and hierarchies, collaborating with FP&A to align with the planning tool (ePBCS).
• Play a key role in identifying and implementing financial close efficiencies to achieve a faster, more streamlined, and accurate financial close process.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• 5 years of combined public and industry experience required
• CPA preferred
• SEC Reporting experience
