Staff Accountant - Center City - Hybrid Schedule
Available: June 2024
The Staff Accountant will join a large non-profit organization with great work/life balance and terrific benefits. This role will be responsible for reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, process accounts payable, assist with financial reports, maintain internal controls, and support annual audits. Candidates should have a Bachelors in Accounting or Finance and 1 year of accounting experience.
**This employer operates on a hybrid schedule and are in the office 3 days per week**
Staff Accountant - Responsibilities
- Perform account analysis and reconcile accounts
- Prepare journal entries and post to general ledger
- Prepare financial reports and monthly dashboards
- Process accounts payable invoices for multiple company programs
- Document accounting processes and internal controls
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and system
- Support annual audit process and communicate with external auditors
Staff Accountant - Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 year of accounting experience
- Microsoft Excel and ERP experience
Compensation will range to $70,000 base salary
