ThisAssistant Community Managerprovides full time administrative support to the General Manager of The 88 Homeowners Association

This is a full time Position, Monday - Friday 9-5pm

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTSinclude the following. Other requirements may be assigned.

  • Run errands as requested. This requires dependable transportation, vehicle insurance and a valid driver's license.
  • Confirm meeting dates and time with Board members/changing if necessary.
  • Must be willing to take on additional assignments based business needs. For example it may be necessary to act as the Receptionist, or assist in copying projects.
  • May be required to work overtime from time to time.
  • Back up to teh General Manager when out of office
  • Complete filing, administrative duties of board packet completion and sending appropriate documents to storage.
  • Coordinate and arrange for client and in-house meetings on behalf of the General Manager. This will include coordinating schedules and calling to confirm the meeting with all participants.
  • Follows quality system procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Must have minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks, problem solving and time management skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addressing others by name, title or other respectful identifier, and; respecting the diversity of our workforce in actions, words and deeds.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Drivers License and State Mandated Vehicle Insurance
