Job Overview:
The Human Resources Manager partners with the Executive Vice President, managers, and supervisors of the assigned area, and serves as a consultant on Human Resources related issues. The HR Manager takes the lead in handling associate issues supporting the organization. This individual has primary responsibility for employee relations, talent management (including succession planning), HR administration, risk management, and compliance. The Human Resource Manager may also be responsible for other areas within HR, including leaves of absence, workers' compensation, leadership development, talent management, and benefits, along with an understanding of payroll.
Note: Ideal candidate will have strong employee relations background supporting multiple sites within a medium to large sized organization. Individual will support the East Bay, San Francisco and South Bay locations and will sit at our San Ramon office but visit offices and sites in the other locations.
This is not a remote position, will be expected to be in the office or in the field.
Compensation: $115K-$125K 10% annual bonus potential
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
