About the team

As part of the Banking Strategy Team, the Investment Governance Team operates the processes driving annual / cyclical investment product portfolio planning and conducts ongoing governance routines for monitoring investment performance. The Investment Governance Team is expanding to include focus for implementing a modern business and employee experience that supports the product development lifecycle and facilitates the management of Banking’s capital investment portfolio performance.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will manage a large program to deliver objectives for implementing an automated, integrated Investment Governance planning and performance monitoring experience, i.e., implementation of centralized product strategic planning and lifecycle management tool for Banking Solutions, and automation or enablement of processes to create investment performance reports, provide data analytics, and track OKR progress.

As part of delivering an improved employee experience, the Investment Governance Delivery Manager will assist with the development and rollout of training, best practices and standards for each Product, Investment Area, and/or Value Stream using new tools.

This role will be responsible for managing a team including third-party engagements responsible for analysis, construction, and delivery of out of the box and customized integrations supporting the specific reporting requirements required by Banking Solutions to manage investment performance.

In this role you will establish internal working relationships and leverage proven processes and solution designs, when possible, to bring a consistent FIS method forward for managing products and investment performance.

You will work closely with internal tooling teams and select vendor/partner providers to implement modern capabilities for connecting systems, extracting data/information, and reporting key investment performance information via multiple ways – dashboards, physical reports, point/click drill down analytics, etc.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
