What You Will Be Doing
- Gather data and measure business performance against requirements using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence reports
- Organize, lead, and facilitate cross functional projects
- Diagram, analyze and evaluate existing business processes to senior leaders. You will focus on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments.
- Plan, perform and implement business process improvement initiatives within the GRS team
- Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence
- Experience with SQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, decision making, problem solving, interpersonal, team-building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
- Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
- Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in business process development, documentation, and re-engineering
- Python Experience
- Microsoft Fabric experience
- Data science background
