About the team
We are looking for a manager to support the Chief of Staff organization for the Worldpay for Platforms business. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of responsibilities to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and successful execution of organizational initiatives. This role requires an initiative-taking and versatile professional with exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

You are an initiative-taker and consultative problem solver with strong project management and communication skills. Strong critical thinking and ability to layout agendas and long-term plans around the business. You do not shy away from rolling up your sleeves and approach each new challenge with a "start-up" mindset through quick iterations and measuring what matters.

You are comfortable interacting cross-functionally at all levels of the organization, from operational functions to customer-facing leaders, and understand how to navigate the broader company. You are a collaborator and are known for your ability to build and create value for cross-functional relationships.

While you thrive in ambiguity, you are highly organized, detail-oriented and are passionate about designing and implementing processes to keep everyone on track and grow and transform Worldpay for Platforms.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead employee engagement for Worldpay for Platforms organization and serve as liaison with corporate Worldpay, lead planning and execution of organization All Hands meetings, and communication channels with employees.
  • Assist in the management of the strategic operating rhythm of the leadership of the business and drive the cadence, agenda, follow ups and create the platform for alignment and clarity.
  • Streamline key processes and work with team for consistency in execution of company deliverables, such as annual planning cycles, contributions for monthly and quarterly business reviews, board presentations, etc.
  • Develop and manage employee communications; prepare and edit communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences, assisting the EVP and Senior Director in crafting and delivering impactful messages.
  • Support long-range goal planning for organization, translating multi-quarter aspirational outcomes to near term milestones and priorities within a simplified narrative format.
  • Support weekly leadership meeting agendas, planning team off-sites, monthly town halls, and creative ways to foster our culture within the team.
  • Responsible for driving and creating content for management presentations (internal and external) on the business performance of the business.
  • Liaise with various functions across the business (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations) and support their analysis of key activitymetrics and reporting on progress to Worldpay for Platforms leadership.
  • Support and manage ad hoc projects both externally and internally that include the Worldpay for Platforms organization.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or any other related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in GTM operations, project management, change management, consulting, strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are met.
  • Previous experience working directly with Sr. Leadership or Executive level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives, and business operations for the division
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
  • Proficiency in standard office software, such as MS Office, Visio, MS Access, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
  • Willingly shares relevant knowledge and expertise to other resources.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
  • Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed.
  • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $110,330.00 - $185,350.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
