Are you FIS?About The TeamAs part of the Image Solutions Item Processing Team, you will be part of a growing business that supports hundreds of financial institutions across the US and Canada. Check processing is built around image technology, so while this is an operational job, you will be part of the largest outsourced check processor in the world, working with FIS technology platforms. You will be working with internal business partners across business lines, including the cores, item processing operations and relationship management. You will be the front line of communications between operations and our clients.
What You Will Be DoingAs part of the Item Processing Account Services team, you will provide operational support for The FIS outsourced check processing clients. Responsibilities include~
  • Evaluation and management of the shift change over reports to ensure any operational issues are addressed
  • Managing deletion requests
  • Source of Receipt Requests
  • Adjustments
  • Managing client bank questions regarding Item Processing operations
  • Working with FIS Relationship Managers to help with escalations from their client banks

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $14.77 - $25.51 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
