What does a successful Head of Communications do at Fiserv?

Serve as a strategic advisor on corporate communications, media relations and brand reputation management to the CMO and CEO
Develop and execute strategic communication planning – both proactive and reactive and across all facets of the business that help to define messaging and communicate the company’s vision and priorities.
Create marketing/public relations strategy that will allow Fiserv leadership to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, external audiences both to amplify the company’s success as well as to mitigate any reputational risk by being informative, accurate, responsive, and intentional.
Serve as the company spokesperson and lead point person for media interactions.
Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
Identify opportunities for partnerships to engage media and other opinion leaders to elevate the Fiserv brand.
