What does a successful Senior Financial Analyst do at Fiserv?

You will provide key support to drive the direction of the Core Account Processing Solutions business and recommend processes and initiative to drive financial profitability for the long term. You will prepare financial and operational related forecasting and analysis working alongside the Finance Leadership Team. You will provide insight to our internal clients through creative and thoughtful analysis and reporting.

What you will do:

• Monthly Corporate reporting including variance analysis/commentary and forecast walks.
• Month end deliverables, consolidate regional, business unit, and local financials for actuals and forecast. Validate completeness and reasonability of submissions. Prepare standard and ad hoc analysis.
• Engage in business partnership on a cross-functional platform to support company-wide initiatives.
• Support global initiatives with focus on continuous improvement, including systems and process enhancements.
• Managing R&O process to be able to advise on potential risks and opportunities to latest forecast.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of military, education and work experience
• 3 years financial analysis (budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes) and reporting
• 3 years experience analyzing large amount of data

• MBA Degree
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Proficiency with Power BI
• Proficiency with SAP, SAP Business Analyzer, and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation
